David has deep lending experience and brings to the table a wide array of real estate expertise including investment and development. He enjoys helping others accomplish their personal goals through their real estate financing needs. Since market conditions and mortgage programs are always changing his knowledge and expertise allows him to ensure you are getting the best financing option.
David studied finance at Brigham Young University and received his MBA from UCLA – The Anderson School of Management, with a focus on real estate. He enjoys spending time with wife and four kids, all beach activities and being active outdoors.
